Job Description – Telecaller (Pharmacy Line)

Position: Telecaller – Pharmacy

Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year

Job Type: Full-Time


  • Job ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to customers regarding pharmacy products and services.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate product information.
  • Follow up with customers and maintain regular communication.
  • Generate leads and convert inquiries into sales.
  • Maintain customer details and call records.
  • Coordinate with the sales/pharmacy team when required.
  • Requirements6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, preferably in the pharmacy/healthcare industry.
  • Good communication and convincing skills.
  • Basic knowledge of pharmacy products/medicines will be an advantage.
  • Good customer-handling and follow-up skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge.

Working Hours

10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Monday to Saturday

Weekly Off: Sunday
