Position: Visa Counsellor

Location: Chandigarh

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel clients regarding suitable visa and immigration options based on their profile.

- Explain visa requirements, eligibility criteria, documentation, processing procedures, and timelines.

- Handle enquiries through calls, walk-ins, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

- Assess client profiles including education, work experience, financial background, and travel/immigration goals.

- Follow up with prospective clients and convert enquiries into applications/enrolments.

- Maintain accurate client records and regularly update case status.

- Coordinate with the documentation and visa-filing team for smooth application processing.

- Stay updated on immigration rules, visa policies, and procedural changes.

- Maintain professional relationships with clients and provide timely assistance throughout the process.

- Achieve assigned sales/enrolment and revenue targets.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in visa counselling or the immigration industry preferred.

- Good knowledge of major visa categories and immigration processes.

- Excellent communication and counselling skills.

- Strong convincing, negotiation, and client-handling abilities.

- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Punjabi preferred.

- Good computer and documentation skills.

- Target-oriented, confident, and professional personality.

Salary

₹25,000 – ₹55,000 per month + Incentives, depending on experience and performance.

Working Hours

9:40 AM – 5:40 PM

Working Days: 6 days per week
