Visa Counsellor

• Job ResponsibilitiesCounsel clients regarding visa processes, eligibility, and documentation requirements.
• Provide guidance for tourist, visitor, student, and other visa categories as applicable.
• Assist clients with visa applications, document verification, and submission procedures.
• Explain visa requirements, processing timelines, and applicable fees to clients.
• Follow up with clients regarding pending documents and application status.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Stay updated on visa rules, immigration policies, and documentation requirements.
• Build strong client relationships and provide excellent customer service.
• RequirementsGood communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of visa processes and documentation.
• Strong counselling, coordination, and client-handling skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
• Previous experience in immigration or visa consultancy will be an advantage.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
