• 💼 Job Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads for visa and immigration services.
• Handle incoming inquiries and explain available visa services to clients.
• Counsel clients regarding visa options, eligibility criteria, and documentation requirements.
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable visa services.
• Follow up with interested leads and convert them into potential clients.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate with the immigration team.
• Assist clients with document collection, verification, and application procedures.
• Maintain client records, calling reports, and follow-up databases.
• Achieve daily and monthly calling, counselling, and conversion targets.
• Build strong client relationships and provide professional customer service.
• ✅ RequirementsExcellent communication and convincing skills.
• Good command of English, Hindi, and Punjabi.
• Strong interpersonal, counselling, and client-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of visa and immigration processes is an advantage.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
• Positive attitude, confidence, and willingness to learn.
