• Job ResponsibilitiesPromote and sell IVD products, pathology reagents, laboratory consumables and diagnostic equipment.
• Visit pathology laboratories, hospitals, diagnostic centres and clinics.
• Develop new customers and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Give product demonstrations and basic application training to customers.
• Coordinate equipment installation, servicing and troubleshooting.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the technical team for resolution.
• Generate quotations, follow up on orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Promote AMC, consumables, reagents and repeat business.
• Collect market feedback and monitor competitor activities.
• Maintain daily visit reports, customer databases and sales reports.
• Preferred QualificationB.Sc. / M.Sc. in Medical Laboratory Technology, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Biochemistry or a related field.
• Diploma/B.Tech/B.E. in Biomedical Engineering may also be considered.
• Freshers with good communication and technical aptitude may apply.
• Experience in IVD, pathology products, laboratory equipment or medical devices will be an advantage.
• Required SkillsGood communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of pathology laboratory products and equipment.
• Sales and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel for customer visits.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to coordinate with technical and service teams.
