Area Collections Manager - Retail MFB - Collections - Chatra - Ranchi Road - JM
- Responsible for managing collections operations in the retail microfinance banking sector. - Oversee area-wise collection targets and ensure timely recovery of dues. - Coordinate with field staff and customers to resolve collection issues. - Monitor and report on collection performance and compliance. - Work closely with the credit and risk teams to minimize defaults. - Manage relationships with customers and maintain high service standards. - Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory guidelines in collections. - Drive process improvements to enhance collection efficiency and reduce turnaround time.Job role
