Accountant

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to handle day-to-day accounting and financial documentation activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain day-to-day accounting entries in Tally Prime.

Handle sales, purchase, cash and bank transactions.

Prepare and verify invoices, vouchers, debit/credit notes and ledgers.

Manage Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.

Prepare Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).

Handle GST, TDS and related statutory documentation.

Manage E-Invoice and E-Way Bill activities.

Maintain proper financial records and supporting documents.

Assist in preparation of monthly reports, P&L and Balance Sheet.

Coordinate with vendors, customers, banks and internal departments.

Ensure accuracy and timely completion of accounting work.

Required Skills: Tally Prime, GST, TDS, MS Excel, BRS, Accounts Payable & Receivable, E-Invoice, E-Way Bill and General Accounting.

Preferred Candidate: Candidates with relevant accounting experience in a manufacturing/industrial company will be preferred.
