Job Description

  • Financial Recordkeeping: Maintain general ledgers, journals, and balance sheets while tracking daily transactions, vendor invoices, and payments.
  • Reconciliations: Perform regular bank reconciliations, accounts payable/receivable matches, and petty cash checks to clear discrepancies. [
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare profit and loss (P&L) statements, cash flow statements, and balance sheets for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closings.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Assist management in building annual budgets, tracking actual expenditures against projections, and analyzing cost-reduction strategies.
  • Tax & Compliance: Compute taxes, prepare statutory/corporate tax returns, and ensure adherence to local tax laws and accounting standards (such as GAAP or IFRS).
  • Audit Support: Gather documentation, resolve ledger queries, and assist internal or external auditors.
