Job Description

Generate accurate invoices and billing statements for clients/customers

Verify billing data and ensure accuracy before processing invoices

Maintain billing records and documentation

Coordinate with the accounts and sales team for billing-related information

Follow up with customers for pending payments

Resolve billing discrepancies and customer queries

Prepare billing reports and submit them to management

Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations
