Roles & Responsibilities1. Business Development
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the real estate market.
- Expand business through new projects, property sales and marketing activities.
- Develop strategies to increase company revenue and sales performance.
Sales & Marketing
- Promote company projects, residential plots and properties.
- Generate new customer leads through online and offline marketing.
- Coordinate site visits and customer meetings.
- Support the sales team in closing property deals.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with customers and investors.
- Handle customer enquiries and resolve complaints.
- Follow up with potential customers until deal closure.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.
- Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum 3–5 years of experience in real estate sales and business development.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to recruit and manage sales teams.
- Good knowledge of real estate marketing and property sales.
- Target-oriented and result-driven approach.
