Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Sales Manager to manage sales operations, develop new business opportunities, build strong customer relationships, and achieve sales targets in the iron and steel industry.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business targets.

* Identify and acquire new customers, dealers, distributors, and industrial clients.

* Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and key accounts.

* Promote and sell iron, steel, and metal products.

* Conduct market research and competitor analysis.

* Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals.

* Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.

* Coordinate with production, inventory, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery.

* Follow up on customer orders, payments, and outstanding dues.

* Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
