BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
JOB OVERVIEW
We are looking for an energetic and target - oriented Business development manager to join our growing sales team. The role involves connecting with interested customers through outbound calls, understanding their requirements, explaining our plans and services and converting qualified leads into successful sales.
This is a day shift, office based opportunity with an attractive fixed salary, unlimited performance incentives, rewards, recognition and employees benefits.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Make outbound calls to interested and qualified customers.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable plans.
- Clearly explain our plans, features, pricing and benefits to customers.
- Follow up with interested customers and handle their queries professionally.
- Convert interested leads into successful sales.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Maintain regular follow ups with prospective customers.
- Build positive customer relationships and provide a good customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups and sales.
