Job Description
We are looking for an energetic, confident and target-oriented Business Development Manager to drive real estate sales, generate new business opportunities, build client relationships and team handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and manage leads through calls, references, digital platforms and networking.
- Identify potential buyers and understand their property requirements.
- Explain projects, pricing, payment plans and investment benefits to clients.
- Schedule and conduct property/site visits.
- Follow up consistently with prospective clients.
Required Skills:
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing ability.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and site visits.
