Content Creator

Job Summary Rate4Gold is looking for a creative and energetic Content Creator to develop engaging digital content for our social media platforms, marketing campaigns, product promotions, and brand communications. The ideal candidate should be comfortable creating reels, videos, social media content, promotional concepts, scripts, captions, and creative ideas related to jewellery, gold, customer awareness, offers, and Rate4Gold services. Roles & Responsibilities * Create engaging content ideas for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, WhatsApp, and other digital platforms. * Plan and create Reels, Shorts, promotional videos, product videos, and educational content. * Develop creative concepts, hooks, scripts, captions, and calls-to-action. * Participate in video shoots and confidently present content in front of the camera when required. * Create content highlighting jewellery collections, refurbished gold, customised jewellery, gold-buying services, schemes, customer benefits, and company activities. * Coordinate with the Social Media, Graphic Design, Video Editing, Sales, and Marketing teams. * Follow current social media trends and adapt trending concepts to suit the Rate4Gold brand. * Generate festival, seasonal, promotional, educational, and engagement-based content. * Support customer testimonial and feedback video creation. * Assist in podcast, interview, event, and behind-the-scenes content. * Maintain a consistent Rate4Gold brand tone and visual identity. * Prepare a weekly and monthly content calendar. * Monitor content performance and suggest improvements based on views, reach, engagement, leads, and audience response. * Research competitor content and identify new opportunities for creative campaigns. * Ensure all published content is accurate, professional, and aligned with company guidelines. Required Skills * Strong creativity and storytelling ability. * Good communication and presentation skills. * Knowledge of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and current social media trends. * Basic understanding of video shooting, framing, lighting, and content presentation. * Ability to write short scripts, hooks, captions, and promotional content. * Comfortable speaking in Tamil and English. * Tanglish content creation ability will be an added advantage. * Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or similar editing/design tools is preferred. * Ability to work with deadlines and manage multiple content requirements. * Interest in jewellery, fashion, lifestyle, retail, or digital marketing is preferred.
