CRM Executive

Job description:

We are looking for a results-driven CRM Executive with hands-on expertise in Zoho CRM to support our AAC blocks sales division. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between marketing, field sales teams, dispatch, and prospective clients (builders, contractors, architects, and channel partners/dealers). You will own day-to-day CRM operations, lead distribution, data hygiene, and automated workflows to accelerate order conversions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Zoho CRM Administration & Lead Management

• End-to-End Management: Oversee lead capture, assignment, and status updates within Zoho CRM across incoming channels (website, campaigns, cold inquiries).
• Lead Distribution: Rapidly qualify and assign inbound leads to respective Field Sales Officers or Area Sales Managers (ASMs) based on geography and project size.
• Data Hygiene: Maintain accurate records of Architects, Builders, Contractors, and Masons, ensuring regular updates on project stages (Foundation, Brickwork, Plastering, Completion).
• Customization & Automation: Configure modules, layouts, fields, workflows, and blueprints in Zoho CRM to match the AAC block sales cycle (Inquiry → Sample Request → Quotation → Negotiation → Order Win).

2. Sales Operations & Coordination

• Quotations & Proforma Invoices: Generate, track, and manage fast-turnaround quotations, pricing slabs, and freight calculations directly inside Zoho CRM.
• Cross-Department Coordination: Act as a critical link between the Sales team, Plant/Production, and Logistics/Supply Chain to communicate dispatch status, truck availability, and material delivery timelines to clients.
• Follow-up Tracking: Monitor pending quotations, sample feedback calls, and payment follow-ups, alerting sales reps of stalled deals.

3. Reporting & Analytics

• Dashboards & MIS: Build and maintain real-time custom dashboards in Zoho CRM (and Zoho Analytics) tracking pipeline health, daily call volumes, conversion rates, lost deals, and regional sales performance.
• Management Reports: Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales team efficiency, target vs. achievement, and project pipeline forecasts.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• CRM Expertise: 1+ years of proven hands-on experience working specifically with Zoho CRM (setting up workflows, automation rules, custom views, and reports) is a bonus. (PREFERRED). But Freshers also welcome
• Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the construction material, real estate, or building products sector (specifically AAC blocks, cement, or bricks) is a strong advantage.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for daily client and internal stakeholder coordination.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets for handling bulk data imports/exports and basic data analysis
