Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Handling – Handle customer queries, coordinate with clients, and provide timely assistance.
Payment Collection – Follow up with customers for payments and ensure collections are completed on time.
End-of-Day Review & Daily Report – Review the day’s activities and submit the daily report before the end of the day.
System Handling – Maintain and update customer details, payment records, and other required information in the system.
