We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Customer Support & Sales Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a customer-oriented approach, and the ability to build strong business relationships.

• 💼 Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Onboarding: Identify, connect with, and onboard new customers and leads to the FR8 platform.
• Customer Education: Explain the platform's features, services, and benefits to potential customers.
• Customer Registration: Assist customers with registration on the app and verify relevant customer details.
• Sales & Business Development: Build relationships with customers and transporters to generate business opportunities.
• Vehicle Placement: Coordinate with customers and transporters to arrange suitable vehicles and secure transportation orders.
• Customer Relationship Management: Follow up with existing customers to encourage repeat business, maintain engagement, and generate referrals.
• Team Coordination: Work closely with senior officials and internal teams to understand business targets and achieve assigned goals.
• Order Management: Follow up on customer requirements and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Performance Management: Work efficiently under pressure, meet deadlines, and contribute to the company's growth.

💰 Salary & Incentive Structure1. Initial Onboarding Payment

• ₹10,000 for the initial onboarding phase, as per the company's payment terms.

2. Performance-Based Incentives

• After the initial onboarding phase, earnings will be based on performance and successful vehicle placements/orders.
• Incentive: ₹3,000 per successful vehicle placement/order.

3. Earning Potential

• Your total earnings will depend on the number of successful orders completed and the applicable incentive terms.

Note: The previously mentioned salary range of ₹16,000–₹18,000 should be clarified with the recruiter, as compensation after the initial onboarding phase is described as incentive-based.
