Job Description

Debt Recovery & Collection Executive!

We are seeking responsible and target-oriented individuals to join our team as Debt Recovery & Collection Executives. The role involves communicating with customers regarding outstanding payments, ensuring timely collections, and maintaining professional customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up with customers regarding pending and overdue payments.
  • Achieve assigned collection targets within the given timelines.
  • Negotiate and coordinate with customers for payment commitments.
  • Maintain accurate records of collection activities and customer interactions.
  • Handle customer queries professionally and resolve payment-related concerns.
  • Submit daily collection reports and updates to the reporting manager.

Eligibility:

  • 10th / 12th / Any Degree
  • Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
  • Banking, Loan Collection experience is an advantage.
  • Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work towards targets.
