Job Description

A Dispatch Executive coordinates outbound logistics, handles shipping documentation, and schedules deliveries to ensure products reach customers safely and on time.


Core Responsibilities

  • Shipment Planning: Schedule daily dispatches based on sales orders and production timelines.
  • Documentation: Generate delivery challans, commercial invoices, packing lists, and e-way bills.
  • Logistics Coordination: Book vehicles, coordinate with transport agencies, and track shipments.
  • Inventory Verification: Reconcile physically loaded goods against packing slips before transit.
  • Issue Resolution: Address delivery delays, transit damages, or missing documentation.
