Job Description
Field Executive – Chennai
Location: Chennai
Shift: Day Shift (General)
Experience: 1–3 Years
Educational Qualification: Diploma / 10th / PUC
Key Responsibilities
- Travel extensively across the Chennai region for field-related activities.
- Liaise directly with government officials for document processing and related requirements.
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure all tasks are completed within the defined SLA.
- Coordinate with the Customer Support team and clients to ensure smooth and timely service delivery.
- Identify and implement cost-saving measures to improve operational efficiency and profitability.
- Candidate ProfileWillingness to undertake extensive fieldwork.
- Customer-centric approach with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong team player with good work ethics and a responsible attitude.
- Must be physically and medically fit for extensive field travel.
- Should be trustworthy, reliable, and professional.
- Valid two-wheeler and driving licence is preferred/required for field travel.
