Field Technician

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Field Technicians to join our team. This position is open to both freshers and experienced candidates. Freshers who are interested in learning about commercial refrigerator and cold room door gaskets are encouraged to apply.

The selected candidates will receive on-the-job training and gain practical experience in the inspection, removal, replacement, and installation of refrigerator and cold room door gaskets.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Site Inspection: Assist in inspecting refrigerator and cold room door gaskets at customer locations.
• Installation Support: Assist in the removal and installation of fridge door gaskets under the supervision of a Lead Technician.
• Technical Learning: Learn gasket measurement, fitting, installation techniques, and basic troubleshooting.
• Tool Management: Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition and ensure proper handling.
• Customer Interaction: Communicate professionally with customers and assist in addressing their concerns.
• Inventory Management: Help track and manage gasket materials, tools, and other supplies.
• Safety Compliance: Follow all safety protocols and guidelines while working at customer sites.
• Documentation: Assist in recording measurements, site details, materials used, and work completed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Diploma in Mechanical Engineering is preferred.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in technical, maintenance, or installation work will have an added advantage.
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems and hand tools is preferred.
• Willingness to learn about refrigerator and cold room gasket installation.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required.
• Hindi is mandatory: Candidates must be able to speak and understand Hindi, along with at least one regional language.
• Only candidates who can speak and understand Hindi should apply.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Willingness to travel and work at different customer locations, including hotels, restaurants, commercial kitchens, and cold storage facilities.
• Comfortable with bending, kneeling, lifting materials, and standing for extended periods.
• Willingness to work in different site environments.
