Job Description
Finance & Accounts – Key Responsibilities
* Manage day-to-day accounting and finance operations.
* Handle AP, AR, journal entries, ledgers, invoices, and payments.
* Perform bank, vendor, customer, and ledger reconciliations.
* Prepare MIS and periodic financial reports.
* Support budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow management, and financial analysis.
* Ensure GST, TDS, taxation, and statutory compliance.
* Coordinate audits and maintain accurate financial records.
* Monitor expenses, internal controls, and financial discrepancies.
* Coordinate with vendors, customers, banks, auditors, and internal teams.
* Support management in financial planning and decision-making.
Required Qualifications & Skills
* Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
* 3–7 years of relevant experience.
* Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, GST, TDS, and financial reporting.
* Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP/Accounting software.
* Strong analytical, numerical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* High attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
