HDFC Life Financial Consultant — Role Description
Main responsibilities:
Understand customers’ financial goals and insurance needs.
Identify potential customers and generate leads through networking, referrals, and personal contacts.
Explain HDFC Life’s life insurance, savings, protection, retirement/pension and investment-linked products.
Recommend suitable products based on the customer's needs.
Assist customers with application, documentation and policy purchase.
Maintain long-term relationships with existing customers and support them after the sale.
Follow up with prospects and work toward business/sales targets.
Stay updated on HDFC Life products, processes and applicable insurance regulations. �
