Fleet Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and manage the company’s fleet of vehicles, ensuring optimal use.

Schedule and track regular maintenance, servicing, and inspections of all vehicles.

Ensure vehicle documents such as registration, insurance, permits, and pollution certificates are up-to-date.

Coordinate with drivers for vehicle assignments and usage logs.

Maintain detailed records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, maintenance, and expenses.

Ensure compliance with company policies, government regulations, and transportation laws.

Liaise with vendors and service centers for vehicle maintenance and repairs.

Track GPS and telematics systems to monitor vehicle movements and performance.

Assist in procurement of new vehicles and the disposal of old ones as per company policy.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in fleet management or logistics (1–3 years preferred).

Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and regulatory requirements.

Proficient in MS Office and fleet management software/tools.

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
