Job Description
- Collect and enter candidate resumes into the HR database.
- Scan and maintain resumes and employee documents.
- Set up and update Employee ID in Excel and Biometric system.
- Maintain employee attendance and biometric records.
- Prepare and maintain joining and relieving documents.
- Scan and maintain relieving letters and other HR documents.
- Update and maintain employee records in Excel.
- Perform regular Excel data entry and HR backend work.
- Prepare HR reports and maintain employee databases.
- Maintain proper filing of employee documents.
- Coordinate with employees for required HR documents.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel is required.
