Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Branch Operations: Assisting with daily gold loan processing, KYC documentation, and maintaining branch records.
  • Customer Service: Handling walk-in customers, resolving queries, and managing relationships.
  • Sales & Marketing: Identifying new leads, cross-selling products (personal loans, insurance), and conducting field visits.
  • Tele-calling: Calling existing customers for renewals, interest collection, and follow-ups.

Eligibility & Requirements


  • Education: Graduate (any discipline) from a recognized university.
  • Age: Generally under 26 years old.
  • Target Group: Freshers (often 2020–2025 batches).
  • Registration: Candidates may need to be registered under NATS/NAPS. [1, 2]

Internship Details


  • Duration: 6 months.
  • Stipend: Up to ₹3,00,000 per annum (including performance-based variables).
  • Certification: Government-certified on-the-job training certificate provided. [1, 2]
