Junior Account Executive

Job Responsibilities:

1. Maintain day-to-day accounting entries accurately in Tally Prime.
2. Handle sales and purchase billing, including invoice preparation and proper documentation.
3. Maintain and reconcile Debtors and Creditors accounts on a regular basis.
4. Prepare and perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
5. Maintain accurate ledgers, vouchers, invoices, and accounting records.
6. Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables and payables.
7. Verify accounting transactions and ensure proper classification and documentation.
8. Assist in routine accounting, bookkeeping, and finance-related activities.
9. Support the senior accounts team in maintaining proper and up-to-date books of accounts.
10. Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records and assist with other accounts-related tasks as required.

Required Skills

• Good working knowledge of Tally Prime.
• Good proficiency in MS Excel.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles, Debit/Credit, Debtors, and Creditors.
• Ability to independently handle billing, ledger maintenance, and account reconciliation.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounting tasks and meet deadlines.
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in accounting.
