Kindergarten Teacher

We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic, and responsible Preschool Teacher who can create a joyful, engaging, and child-centred learning environment for children aged 2–6 years.

The teacher will work with our Montessori-based, hands-on curriculum, supporting children's cognitive, language, social-emotional, physical, and creative development.

• Plan and conduct age-appropriate learning activities based on the school curriculum.
• Facilitate Montessori activities and hands-on learning experiences.
• Support children's development in Language, Numeracy, Practical Life, Sensorial, Creative, Cognitive, and Social-Emotional areas.
• Implement phonics and early literacy activities as per the school's curriculum.
• Observe and document children's learning, participation, and developmental progress.
• Provide individual attention and appropriate support based on each child's needs.
• Maintain a safe, clean, positive, and nurturing classroom environment.
• Encourage children's independence, confidence, communication, creativity, and critical thinking.
• Prepare classroom materials and learning resources.
• Maintain classroom routines, discipline, and hygiene.
• Communicate children's progress and observations effectively with parents and the academic team.
• Participate actively in school events, celebrations, training programmes, and other academic activities.
• Work collaboratively with the Co-Facilitator and other members of the academic team.
