Job Description
- Handle existing customers and maintain strong client relationships.
- Generate new business opportunities for third-party manufacturing.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate product development.
- Coordinate with production, purchase, and quality teams for smooth manufacturing.
- Monitor production processes and ensure timely execution of customer orders.
- Handle production process coordination from raw material procurement to finished goods.
- Track manufacturing schedules and ensure on-time product delivery.
- Prepare quotations, follow up on orders, and maintain customer records.
- Attend client meetings, exhibitions, and marketing events when required.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly marketing and production status reports.
