Job Title: Marketing Head – Real Estate

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Marketing Head to lead and manage the marketing activities of our real estate company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies for real estate projects.
• Plan and manage digital marketing, social media, and offline marketing activities.
• Generate quality leads through various marketing channels.
• Manage marketing campaigns, budgets, and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with the sales and creative teams to achieve business targets.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer preferences.
• Manage external agencies, vendors, and marketing partners.
• Track campaign performance and prepare regular reports.
• Build and maintain the company’s brand image.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in real estate.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation.
• Good communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage marketing teams and agencies.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of social media, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other marketing platforms.
• Willingness to travel when required.

Qualification:

Any Graduate / MBA in Salea & Marketing preferred.
