Job Description

Role : Personal loan Customer Support Executive(Voice process)

Qualification : Any Graduate Functional Area : Sales, BFSI Sector Employment Type : Full Time,Permanent Work Timings : 10am to 6.00pm

Working Day : Monday - Saturday

Location : No:7 first floor, S S Arcade, Razzak Garden Main Rd, near Anna Arch signal, Arumbakkam, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600106

Responsibility

 Candidates are responsible for giving product awareness and solving customer/client queries in regards to the product or service provided by the company.

 You are responsible for handling sales over the predictive dialer system.

 You should collect desired information from the customers/clients and maintain healthy relationship.

 Making outbound calls for generating leads.

 Generate and provide information effectively from leads and other sources.

 Follow up with incoming leads.

 Establish, develop and maintain the business relationship with the prospective customer in the assigned territory to generate new business for the organization

Skills Needed:

 Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills

 Excellent interpersonal, intrapersonal skills and Team Handling

 Good MS Office knowledge

 Self-motivated and driven by targets

 Languages – All Regional Languages Preferred.

Training & Development

 They will be trained in strong process and system orientation with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.

People Management

 Maintain professional and cordial relationships with your teammates at the workplace.

Process compliance

 Daily login of 9 hours with one hour break

 Maintain quality score for 70% and above

 Client should be provided only with accurate information

 Ensure services are scheduled as per customer requirement

 Adherence to Systems and processes

Compensation: Salary is 13-20 thousand/month and incentives.
