About the Role: We are a fast-growing financial advisory firm looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to drive our Mutual Fund and Insurance offerings. You will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, understanding their financial goals, and guiding them toward the right investment and protection plans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to prospects to explain Mutual Fund and Insurance products clearly.
• Understand customer needs, risk appetite, and financial goals to recommend suitable solutions.
• Follow up with leads consistently to close sales and meet monthly targets.
• Guide clients through the onboarding and documentation process.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with a growing portfolio of customers.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and convincing skills in Tamil (Basic English is required).
• Prior experience in sales, tele-calling, or the financial sector is highly preferred.
• Basic understanding of Mutual Funds (SIPs, Lumpsum) and Life/Health Insurance.
• Target-driven mindset with the ability to handle customer objections confidently.
