Project Manager

This role is ideal for a hands-on engineer who enjoys solving complex site challenges, interacting with clients and consultants, and taking full ownership of project delivery from start to finish.

• Take complete ownership of end-to-end project execution for multiple sites, from site mobilization to final handover, ensuring delivery within scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
• Prepare detailed work plans, weekly schedules, and resource deployment plans; monitor progress and proactively address execution bottlenecks.
• Supervise all site activities, ensuring adherence to approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and safety requirements.
• Ensure the highest standards of quality control, including inspection of materials, workmanship, testing, and documentation.
• Coordinate effectively with clients, consultants, PMCs, architects, structural consultants, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution and timely approvals.
• Manage site teams, subcontractors, labour, and equipment to maximize productivity while maintaining cost efficiency.
• Maintain accurate site records, including daily progress reports, measurement books, billing support documents, material reconciliation, and project documentation.
• Identify technical challenges on-site, recommend practical engineering solutions, and escalate critical issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure compliance with all safety, statutory, and environmental requirements while promoting a strong safety culture at site.
• Support project close-out activities, including snag rectification, final measurements, documentation, and successful client handover.
