Purchase Manager

Optimize procurement processes and supplier relationships to ensure timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials/ components, achieving a minimum of 10% cost savings and 95% on-time delivery rate, contributing to the company's overall growth and profitability.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1.    Analyze Procurement processes and supplier performance by Conducting spends analysis, supplier audits, and performance metrics tracking to Identify areas for improvement and opportunities for cost savings.

2.    Develop Strategic sourcing plans and procurement processes by Creating category management plans, developing RFQs (Request for Quotation )/RFPs (Request for Proposal), and implementing procurement best practices to Streamlined procurement processes and improved supplier engagement.

3.    Negotiate Contracts and prices with suppliers by Conducting negotiations, leveraging market intelligence, and building relationships to Achieve cost savings and favorable contract terms.

4.    Implement Procurement process improvements and supplier relationship management by Developing and executing implementation plans, monitoring progress, and ensuring compliance to improved procurement efficiency, reduced costs, and enhanced supplier performance.

5.    Monitor Supplier performance, cost savings, and on-time delivery by Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), conducting regular reviews, and taking corrective action Ensure achievement of 10% cost savings and 95% on-time delivery rate targets.
