Job Description
· Generate New Leads Through Calls, References, Online Platforms, And Field Activities.
· Contact And Follow Up With Prospective Customers.
· Explain Plot/Project Details, Location, Pricing, Payment Plans, And Available Offers.
· Arrange And Accompany Customers For Project/Site Visits.
· Understand Customer Requirements And Recommend Suitable Plots.
· Build And Maintain Strong Relationships With Customers.
· Negotiate With Customers And Support Them Through The Booking Process.
· Achieve Monthly Sales Targets And Booking Targets.
· Maintain Regular Follow-Ups With Leads And Prospective Customers.
· Coordinate With The Sales And Management Team For Documentation And Bookings.
· Maintain Accurate Records of Leads, Follow-Ups, Site Visits, And Sales.
