Job Description

Generate new leads through calls, social media, references, and other marketing activities.

Handle incoming customer enquiries and explain project details clearly.

Follow up with leads regularly and convert them into site visits and bookings.

Coordinate and accompany customers for property site visits.

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable projects.

Maintain daily follow-up and sales activity reports.

Achieve monthly sales targets.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Coordinate with the marketing and sales team to improve lead conversion.
