Job Description

1) CUSTOMER SERVICE

  • Greet and engage customers professionally.
  • Understand customer needs and showcase suitable jewellery.
  • Deliver warm, personalised customer experiences.


2) SALES SUPPORT

  • Learn upselling, cross-selling, and product promotion techniques.
  • Promote new arrivals, schemes, and offers.
  • Support the team in achieving sales targets.


3) PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE

  • Learn about hallmarking, certifications, and jewellery specifications.
  • Stay updated on collections, designs, and market trends.


4) SHOWROOM OPERATIONS

  • Maintain display counters and showroom presentation.
  • Assist in billing and documentation under supervision.
  • Coordinate with inventory for stock availability.
