Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our furniture showroom. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, understanding their requirements, recommending suitable furniture products, generating sales, and ensuring a positive showroom experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and attend to customers visiting the showroom in a professional and friendly manner.
• Understand customers’ requirements, preferences, budget, and space requirements.
• Explain product features, specifications, materials, dimensions, pricing, and available options.
• Recommend suitable furniture products based on customer needs.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales targets and contribute towards showroom revenue.
• Generate leads through showroom enquiries, follow-ups, calls, and other available sources.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into sales.
• Prepare quotations and coordinate with customers regarding orders and payments.
• Maintain proper records of customer enquiries, follow-ups, and sales.
• Coordinate with the showroom, delivery, installation, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Keep updated knowledge of the company's products, new arrivals, offers, and promotions.
• Maintain proper product display and ensure the showroom is clean and presentable.
• Handle customer queries and coordinate for timely resolution of complaints.
• Maintain good customer relationships and encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Follow company policies, showroom procedures, grooming standards, attendance requirements, and discipline.
• Perform other sales-related duties assigned by the management.

• Qualification & Experience

Qualification:

Any degree / Diploma.

Experience:

1–3 years of experience in retail sales, furniture, home décor, interiors, or a related field preferred.

• Freshers with good communication and sales aptitude may also be considered.
