SAP Functional Trainer – Job DescriptionPosition: SAP Functional Trainer

Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates

Location: Pallavaram, Chennai

Employment Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹45,000 per month

Salary will be based on experience, SAP certification, technical knowledge, training capability, and performance.

Job SummaryWe are looking for strong and passionate SAP Functional Trainers to join our training academy. Candidates with a strong understanding of SAP Functional modules, excellent communication skills, and the ability to explain concepts clearly are encouraged to apply.

SAP Certification is MANDATORY for this position.

• Key ResponsibilitiesConduct SAP Functional training sessions for freshers and working professionals.
• Deliver practical, hands-on, and real-time oriented training.
• Explain SAP concepts, business processes, configurations, and end-to-end scenarios clearly.
• Prepare and deliver training materials, presentations, assignments, and practical exercises.
• Provide guidance on real-time projects and business scenarios.
• Conduct assessments, mock interviews, and technical evaluations.
• Resolve students' technical queries and provide appropriate guidance.
• Monitor learner performance and provide regular feedback.
• Keep training content updated based on current SAP technologies and industry requirements.
• Support students with interview preparation and career-oriented guidance.

Preferred SAP Functional ModulesCandidates from any of the following SAP Functional areas can apply:

• SAP FICO
• SAP MM
• SAP SD
• SAP PP
• SAP HCM / SuccessFactors
• SAP EWM
• SAP QM
• SAP SCM
• SAP Ariba
• Other SAP Functional modules
• Mandatory RequirementsSAP Certification is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of the respective SAP Functional module.
• Good understanding of end-to-end business processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex SAP concepts in a simple and understandable manner.
• Good presentation and classroom-handling skills.
• Candidates should be confident in conducting online/offline training sessions.

For FreshersFreshers are strongly encouraged to apply if they have:

• Valid SAP Functional Certification.
• Strong theoretical and practical knowledge.

For Experienced CandidatesCandidates with prior experience in SAP implementation, support, consulting, business processes, or SAP training will be preferred.
