Job Description
Data Management: Enter, update, and verify data in databases, spreadsheets, and digital or physical filing systems.
Administrative Support: Handle basic office tasks like managing correspondence, printing, filing, and ordering office supplies.
Financial & Record Keeping: Process invoices, track petty cash, handle bills, and assist with basic accounting or payroll data.
Internal Coordination: Schedule meetings, coordinate internal communication between departments, and assist human resources with employee records or attendance.
Facility & Vendor Management: Maintain inventory, manage office equipment upkeep, and coordinate with external vendors or utility providers.
