About the Role

DMC Gardens is looking for an experienced and confident Telecaller to join our real estate sales team.

The primary responsibility of this role is to speak with prospective customers, understand their requirements, explain our property projects, generate interest and successfully convince them to visit the project site.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable making outbound calls, handling customer objections and consistently following up with leads.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from marketing-generated leads.

- Understand customer requirements, budget and property preferences.

- Explain project location, features, amenities, pricing and payment options.

- Build rapport and establish trust with prospective customers over the phone.

- Convince interested customers to schedule a site visit.

- Follow up with customers who have shown interest but have not yet visited the site.

- Maintain regular follow-ups after site visits and help move customers towards booking.

- Handle customer questions and objections professionally.

- Coordinate with the sales/site team regarding scheduled site visits.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, site visits and customer status.

- Work towards achieving monthly site visit and sales conversion targets.

- Support the sales team in converting qualified leads into successful bookings.

Candidate Requirements

- Prior experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Executive, Inside Sales Executive or Real Estate Telecaller.

- Excellent communication and convincing skills.

- Fluent in Tamil; basic/good English communication is preferred.

- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.

- Strong follow-up skills.

- Ability to handle objections and persuade customers professionally.

- Target-oriented and motivated by incentives.

- Good customer relationship and interpersonal skills.

- Real estate experience will be an added advantage.
