Job Description

  • Interact with customers to understand their service concerns, submit estimate of time required and cost for carrying out the repairs.
  • Co-ordinate with Technicians and Floor to complete the work on time.
  • Advise customers about warranty protections and potential cost savings.
  • Call Customers to update them about vehicle repair status and to let them know their vehicle is ready for pick-up.
  • Ensure customers are delighted with their service experience.


Skills Required

  • We require ITI/Diploma in Mechanical / Automobile
  • Freshers or experienced candidates can apply.
  • Should have good communication skills in Tamil. Basic knowledge of English will be an added advantage.
  • Salary will not be a limiting factor for the right candidate.
