Job Description

  1. Receive, register, and track customer service requests and complaints.
  2. Coordinate with service engineers for product inspection, repair, and delivery.
  3. Monitor service orders and ensure timely closure of requests.
  4. Update customers on repair status and delivery timelines.
  5. Maintain service records, job sheets, and repair reports.
  6. Coordinate product inward/outward movements and documentation.
  7. Follow up on spare parts availability with the stores team.
  8. Escalate delayed repairs and unresolved customer complaints.
  9. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service reports.
  10. Coordinate with internal teams to improve service turnaround time and customer satisfaction.
