Social Media Marketing Executive

• Manage Social media accounts — Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Quora, etc.
• Create and edit reels, posts, posters and basic marketing content.
• Post content consistently and maintain the social media calendar.
• Generate and manage leads through social media, Meta Ads, Google Ads and other channels.
• Handle initial customer calls and WhatsApp enquiries.
• Understand customer requirements and qualify leads based on location, budget, property status and timeline.
• Maintain and update the customer database/CRM/Google Sheets.
• Follow up with enquiries and ensure timely responses.
• Prepare basic estimates and quotations using the company's pricing structure.
• Coordinate and schedule customer site visits, factory visits and meetings.
• Coordinate qualified leads with the Sales Executive / Site Engineer / management.
• Follow up with customers after site visits and maintain the sales pipeline.
• Coordinate with interior manufacturing/execution partners when required.
• Support marketing activities, lead-generation campaigns and offline business-development activities.
• Track leads, site visits, conversions and marketing performance.

Requirements:

• 1–3 years of experience in social media, digital marketing, lead management, telecalling or sales support preferred.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, Canva and video editing.
• Basic understanding of Meta Ads/Google Ads.
• Good follow-up and organizational skills.
• Comfortable maintaining Google Sheets/CRM.
• Interest or experience in interiors, construction or real estate is an advantage.
• Work from home, with occasional coordination/meetings when required.
