Job Description

We are hiring Nurse for Our Reputed Hospital.


Direct Patient Care

  • Assessment & Monitoring: Measuring vital signs, performing physical exams, and tracking health changes.
  • Medication & Treatment: Administering oral, IV, or topical medications and adjusting dosages as ordered.
  • Wound & Procedural Care: Changing bandages, cleaning wounds, drawing blood, and assisting physicians during medical procedures

Care Coordination & Documentation

  • Medical Records: Recording patient medical histories and updating care plans to ensure seamless communication among healthcare teams.
  • Equipment Management: Setting up, monitoring, and maintaining life-saving devices like monitors and ventilators.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicating patient status updates to doctors, therapists, and social workers
