Job Description – Store ExecutivePosition: Store Executive

Experience: 1-3Years

Qualification: Any Degree / Diploma

• Roles & ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day store activities and inventory.
• Handle SAP entries related to Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Receipt Notes (GRN), material receipts and issues.
• Prepare and process GRN in SAP against approved Purchase Orders.
• Verify materials received against PO, invoice, delivery challan and quantity.
• Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory in SAP.
• Handle inward and outward material entries.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate for material requirements.
• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Maintenance, and Accounts teams.
• Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile with SAP stock.
• Maintain proper storage, identification, and documentation of materials.
• Prepare stock reports and material issue/receipt records.
• Ensure proper housekeeping and safety within the store.
• Required SkillsGood knowledge of Store & Inventory Management.
• Hands-on experience in SAP – PO & GRN.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Knowledge of mechanical/engineering materials will be an added advantage.
• Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
