Job Description
The position is for a Loan Collection & Recovery Executive. Your main responsibility will be to follow up with customers regarding their pending EMI payments and payment commitments.
You will be trained and guided by the team. You need to communicate with customers professionally, update the payment status, maintain the required records, and achieve the given collection targets.
Previous experience is not mandatory for this role. Freshers who are willing to learn, communicate with customers, and work with targets can apply.
📍 Location: Kodambakkam, Chennai
⏰ Timing: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
