Job Description
We are looking for confident and energetic female Telecallers to join our Tamil Voice Process team in George Town, Chennai.
The role involves speaking with customers over the phone, explaining our services clearly, building a good rapport, following up with interested customers, and achieving daily/monthly goals. training provied
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls
- Communicate confidently in Tamil.
- Explain services clearly.
- Build a friendly relationship with customers.
- Handle customer questions professionally.
- Follow up with interested customers.
- Achieve individual and team targets.
- Participate actively in team activities and campaigns.
Candidate Requirements:
- Female candidates preferred
- Good Tamil speaking and communication skills
