Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls related to personal loans, business loans, and other financial products. The role includes explaining loan offers, verifying customer details, generating leads, and assisting in loan processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers for loan products (Personal/Business/SME).
- Explain loan features, eligibility, interest rates, and documentation requirements.
- Generate leads and follow up regularly to convert them into loan applications.
- Handle inbound calls and assist customers with loan inquiries.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduation preferred.
- Prior telecalling or loan sales experience is an advantage.
- Good communication skills in Tamil
- Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset.
Work location - Nungambakkam
Landmark - Sterling hospital, Near valluvar kottam
