Job Description
We are hiring energetic and target-oriented Telecallers to promote and sell residential plots, recruit Associate Partners (APs), and develop a strong sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and sell residential plots through telecalling.
- Explain project details and arrange customer site visits.
- Recruit Associate Partners through telecalling.
- Build, train, and motivate AP teams to generate sales.
- Follow up with customers and achieve sales targets.
